Finances
I've been seriously worried about my finances. I don't know if I'm going to have any money by the end of the month to pay my mortgage. I've been trying to think of creative ways to make money while I'm stuck here, but I can't really come up with any that don't involve me being mobile. I do still have my etsy site, but I haven't sold a single mask since I made them in February. They're cute... and more of an art pieces I suppose. Ideas?

Do you have anything you could sell? Like on ebay or craigslist? That has helped me out in the past. I sold a graphing calculator for like 70 bucks. That's not nearly enough for your mortgage but it'll help. Anything you can find I suppose. You never know what people want out there and you don't have to be mobile to do it :)
ReplyDeleteJust wondering, how long does your doctor want you to wait before you start bearing weight on your leg? I know you and I have different situations as far as the type of breaks and surgery and whatnot but I was just curious. I have to wait 4 more weeks and it's driving me nuts! I wanna go swimming so bad! lol hope all is well
ReplyDeleteHi there! My situation apparently is longer than most according to my doctor due to the pilon fracture aspect of my injury and the bone graft repair. I'm not allowed to try to put weight on it for 3 months. So, Sept 23rd is my official date. But really it all depends on how I heal. I have another appointment in 3 weeks and he'll take more x-rays. If I heal quick, it'll be sooner. I'm praying for sooner because I have to prepare for Jamaica in October!
